Packing and Unpacking
Our team assists with the packing and unpacking of belongings, utilizing high-quality materials to protect your items during transit.
Disposal Services
We ensure that all unwanted items are disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner, adhering to local regulations.
Customer Obligations
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information regarding the scope of work required.
- Ensure that access to the property is available at the scheduled time.
- Handle the removal of any hazardous materials that are not part of our services.
Failure to comply may result in delays or additional charges.
Payment Terms
Payments for services rendered are due as follows:
- 50% of the total cost is required upon booking confirmation.
- The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the services.
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule services by providing at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the total cost. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service may result in a fee of up to 50% of the total cost.
Liability
Flat Clearance Acton ensures that all services are performed with the utmost care. However, we are not liable for:
- Damage to items that are fragile or deemed unfit for clearance without proper packaging.
- Loss of items not disclosed prior to the commencement of work.
- Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather or transportation issues.
We recommend clients ensure all valuable items are personally secured before our team arrives.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Acton.
Amendments
Flat Clearance Acton reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination
